room essentials string lights not working

I have decided to spend $10,000, go to China, learn to speak Chinese and go to one of the Christmas light factories and see if I can find the answer. Someone on HTE mentioned that they bought the Light Keeper Pro and it worked on garland that 1/2 went out. Usually works but not always. I have had that happen to me many times.
